Authorities are actively investigating the incident.

Eyewitness News has reached out to the American Red Cross for a comment.

The incident comes as the Anti-Defamation League reports a record-breaking rise in antisemitism. It says more than 2,100 anti-semitic incidents were reported last year in the U.S. — 919 involved vandalism.
