PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Symbols of hate were plastered on the American Red Cross building in Center City on Sunday morning. Police say they found four swastikas spray-painted on the front pillars of the building on the 2200 block of Chestnut Street on Sunday morning.
The swastikas have since been painted over.
