CENTER, Mo. (WGEM) -- Ralls County Sheriff Brad Stinson provided an update on an incident that happened on Sunday.
Stinson said there was an incident that happened outside the Westview Nursing Home in Center, Missouri at 301 West Dunlop Street.
The sheriff said it did not involve the residents or employees.
He said as of Sunday night, three people are in custody and were arrested without incident.
Corporal Justin Dunn with the Missouri State Highway Patrol confirmed there was a stabbing around 8 p.m. in which there were three suspects.
Dunn said he did not know the victim's condition.
Stinson did not provide any other details and said the investigation is ongoing.
