Debrah Arnett, 20 of Center, Missouri, suffered serious injuries after a crash Thursday evening.
A Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report says the crash took place on MO-19 about 2 miles south of Center around 8:15 pm.
MSHP says Arnett tried to pass another vehicle, lost control, and ran off the road. She returned to the road and then overturned.
Arnett was taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital.
She was not wearing a seatbelt.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol, A Missouri Department of Conservation agent, Ralls County Sheriff's Department, New London Fire Department, and Ralls County Ambulance assisted with the crash.
