BKDL Investments LLC purchased a 55,000-square-foot industrial building at 3334 North Interstate-35 East in Lancaster. Matt Pennock with Industry Asset Group brokered the sale with Hanes Chatham with Stream Realty Partners.

A Florida-based investor has acquired Navo Shopping Center, a 15,282-square-foot neighborhood retail center located at 26745 E. University Drive in Aubrey. Kevin Butkus and Derek Schuster with Weitzman handled negotiations.

An investor represented by Capital Vision Management LLC has purchased the 192-unit Destino apartments on Osler Drive in Grand Prairie. Drew Kile, Will Balthrope, Joey Tumminello, Grant Raymond, Asher Hall and Al Silva of Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.

Leases

Spectra Metal Sales Inc. leased 76,220 square feet of industrial space at Royal Commerce Center - Building 1, at 2007 Royal Ln. in Dallas. Eric Crutchfield, Mac Hall and Todd Poticny with Stream Realty Partners handled the lease.

Ashley Homestore has leased 40,000 square feet of retail space in Bardin Place Shopping Center at the southwest corner of Interstate-20 and Cooper Street in Arlington. Vista Property Co owns the retail center.

PGA Tour Superstore has leased 30,000 square feet of retail space in Bardin Place Shopping Center at the southwest corner of Interstate-20 and Cooper Street in Arlington. Vista Property Co owns the retail center.

Fulfillment by Eagle has expanded its lease by 24,093 square feet at 8181 Jetstar Drive in Irving. Transwestern’s Brett Owens, John Fulton and Clayton Johnson negotiated the lease with Stream Realty Partners’ Mac Hall and Ryan Boozer.

Rimkius Consulting Group Inc leased 7,111 square feet of office and industrial flex space at Westwood Business Park at 1801 Royal Lane in Farmers Branch. Drew Crawford, William McCarthy and Cole Kenefsky with Finial Group negotiated the lease with Lee Wagner with Site Selection Group.

One Call Claims LLC signed a new 4,972-square-foot lease at 8505 Freeport in Irving. Transwestern’s Matt Hurlbut and Duane Henley negotiated the lease.

Mayweather Boxing + Fitness leased 3,221 square feet of retail space at The Shops of Highland Park at 4252 Oak Lawn Avenue in Dallas. The Retail Connection’s Max Chanon negotiated the lease with Joe Pastora and Alex Johnson with Stockdale Investment Group.

Mama’s Pizza leased 2,800 square feet of retail space in the Wilshire Gardens shopping center at 721 SW Wilshire Blvd. in Burleson. The Retail Connection’s Jill Tiernan negotiated the lease.

Mayweather Boxing + Fitness has leased 2,664 square feet of retail space in Victory Park at 3030 Olive Street in Dallas. The Retail Connection’s Max Chanon negotiated the lease with Ross Golman with The Shop Cos.

Zweig White LLC leased 2,096 square feet of office space in the Bank of America Plaza in downtown Dallas. Garrison Efird with Newmark negotiated the lease with JLL.
