WARRINGTON, PA — The owner of the Warrington Square Shopping Center is seeking new tenants to fill three empty spaces at the retail strip center.
Tenants at the shopping center at the intersection of County Line Road and Limekiln Pike include restaurants like Luca's Pizzeria and Aman's Indian Bistro, as well as AmeriKick, Rita's Italian Ice, Bee Nails, Focused Chiropractic and County Line Cleaners.
Warrington Center, LLC has tapped Equity Retail Brokers, of Plymouth Meeting, to serve as its exclusive listing agent.
"With the high volume of traffic driving by the shopping center every day, plus a well-capitalized and flexible landlord that's eager to sign leases with quality tenants, Warrington Square represents a great opportunity for retail, medical or professional office tenants to find a new home," David Goodman, a Principal at Equity Retail Brokers, said in a news release.
Interested parties should contact David Goodman at dgoodman@equityretailbrokers.com or 484.417.2219.
