The Montreal Impact are planning a rebrand announcement for Thursday, January 14 at 11 am ET, with the club teasing their new identity on social media in recent weeks.
The virtual event will include an unveiling of the new brand from owner and chairman Joey Saputo, president and CEO Kevin Gilmore, creative co-director Justin Kingsley and head coach Thierry Henry. Gilmore and Kingsley are set to field questions from media members.
Ahead of the announcement, below are some hints that Montreal have dropped in the buildup. One of three Canadian clubs in Major League Soccer, the Impact joined in 2012 as an expansion side.
