MORLEY — The first of two Upscale Sales, hosted by the Morley Community Center, will take place this weekend.
The sale is set to run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday in the Community Center, located at at 151 E. 7th St. within the village of Morley.
This fundraiser supports the Community Center and features a large room filled with donated brand name/vintage dishes and glasses presented in attractive table settings.
Another room is dedicated to placemats, napkins with holders, tablecloths, candles etc. Everything you need is here to make your family's dinning experience special everyday and to prove to your guests how important they are to you.
There is also a very large room dedicated to a variety of displayed Christmas-themed items too numerous to mention. To make your shopping experience even more special between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. in the center's Tea Room will be open with tea and tea sandwiches.
The center accepts credit and debit cards and there is no waiting period or shipping expenses associated with your shopping. You can see how special our displayed items are as many have online replacement or vintage marketing site values attached. The center's reduced prices however, make all of these much more affordable.
All your purchases will help keep our Community Center operational so we may serve our Community. The next Upscale Sale is Nov. 6.
